2019 Toyota Camry review, details and price
After a complete redesign of 2018, Toyota Camry is likely to carry the 2019 most of them unchanged. Apple CarPlay can offer one of the most powerful additions, such as the new Avalon 2019.
The Camry engine is likely to continue in 2019. The 2018 Camry options include the 203 hp engine (206 hp in the 2.5-liter XSE engine) in the I-4 engine and the optional 3.5-liter V6 option that pumps 301 horsepower. Both engines are powered by eight-speed automatic power steering to the front wheels. The 2018 Camry Hybrids use a 2.5-liter I-4 engine coupled with two electric motors for a total production of 208 hp, although the 2019 version of the Avalon comes from 215 hp. For 2018, fuel economy figures for non-hybrids ranged from 22/32 mpg from the city / highway at V-6 to 29/41 for I-4. Camry’s hybrid fuel numbers range from 44/47 to 51/53 mpg depending on the cutting level.
2019 Toyota Camry entertainment and media systems will be moved and include a standard 7.0-inch touch screen and an 8-inch touch screen on the XSE and XLE V-6 models. The 8-inch system includes a 9-speaker JBL audio system and a Wi-Fi connection point. Hopefully Toyota will add Apple CarPlay on some edges. The Camry 2019 will also provide a 10.0-inch display and a 7.0-inch (4.2-inch) display screen.
In the foreground, Camry has a large and graduated bottom grid at the edges of L, LE and XLE. SE and XSE sport-style notes rotate in a different, muscle-like front bumper. The Camry has a more conservative profile, although the skyscrapers are oriented towards a cut tail with wide, intricate rear lights. The spoiler and the diffuser made from the bottom of the bumper add some styles to the edges of SE and XSE.
The Hybrid SE and XLE use a different, heavier battery and do not offer the same fuel economy as Hybrid LE. Because of this, we will stick to the hybrid pocket. For about $ 28,000, it’s a convincing passenger car. Our choice here is either a modestly low LE for about $ 26,500 or a well-equipped XLE for $ 35,000 with a V-6 that offers a luxurious sedan experience.
The 2019 Toyota Camry is one of the top rated new cars when it comes to safety – if you do not avoid it completely. We estimate it at 9 out of 10, giving it the highest five-star rating from NHTSA and the Top Safety Pick + from IIHS.
Each 2019 Toyota Camry includes adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency brakes with pedestrian detection, and active lane control. Blind monitors are optional at some cutting levels. The pay-per-assist utility available in the Camry windows includes a system of ambient vision camera and background alerts over traffic.
